My biggest issue was the amount of hair I was losing every morning. It was on my pillow, in the shower. I was already using the AlphaVance treatment once a week and it was helping. Started taking two DHT capsules every morning with breakfast and kept the weekly treatment on Sundays. First month was crazy I noticed way less hair in the drain. By month three my crown looked fuller too

i am writing the long version because my scalp had become one of those problems that affected the whole day. i could wash my hair in the morning and by lunch the roots already looked oily. then the itching started and the white flakes ended up across the shoulders of every black shirt i owned. i kept a lint roller in my car and checked my shoulders before meetings. what bothered me most was that it made me look like i did not wash even though i was probably washing too often. a friend noticed me scratching my head and recommended the ultimate scalp recovery spray. i nearly ignored him because i had already tried enough shampoos that worked during the shower and seemed useless again the next morning. the spray was different because i put it directly on the scalp and left it there. the first few days were quiet, but around the end of week one the itching was much less distracting and my hair did not turn greasy as quickly. during week two the change became easy to see on my shirts. i now use it as a maintenance routine instead of waiting for the problem to get bad again.

i had two problems happening at the same time and honestly thought they were one problem. my dandruff was getting worse and the amount of hair in the shower looked severe to me. every wash ended with me staring at the drain and wondering if the scalp irritation was making everything worse. i had already rotated through regular dandruff shampoos. some made the flakes look better for a day, but they came back and my hair felt dry while the roots still became oily. before ordering this spray i checked trustpilot, read product reviews and looked specifically for men mentioning flakes plus shedding. i did not want another review page full of people promising instant regrowth. the more believable reviews talked about a calmer scalp, cleaner shoulders and less hair coming loose over time, so that is what i watched for. application was simple. i sprayed the scalp in sections after washing and left it on instead of rinsing it down the drain. during the first week the itch eased and my roots stayed presentable longer. by about day fourteen there was no dandruff on my black shirts.

I originally bought the main AlphaVance system because my hairline was getting thinner around both corners. I saw some improvement but I wasnt consistent enough and kept forgetting treatments. When I added the DHT blocker I made a proper routine.Honestly the supplement plus the weekly treatment seemed to help twice as much as using either one alone. Way easier to stay consistent when everything has a set day and time.

my girlfriend bought this for me after watching me complain about my scalp for months. i had flakes around the crown, oily roots a few hours after washing and enough shedding in the sink that i had started avoiding bright bathroom lights. she is the person who reads every ingredient list, so she compared several scalp products before choosing this one. i probably would not have ordered a spray on my own because i assumed anything left in the hair would make the grease worse. In the first week i noticed the scalp did not feel as hot or itchy by the end of the day. during the second week the flakes around the crown were much harder to find. what surprised me was how the hair itself started looking better once the scalp was calmer. it looked shinier in a healthy way, not oily, and it felt stronger when i ran product through it. after several more weeks the extra shedding had almost settled down for me. my girlfriend noticed first because she was no longer finding loose hair all over the bathroom counter. i am not pretending a scalp spray rebuilt my hairline, but it made my scalp feel normal and stopped the cycle of irritation that seemed to make everything look worse. the bottle is not huge and i wish the price was lower, but i now understand why she chose a leave on treatment instead of another shampoo. i have kept using it a few times each week because that is easier than waiting for the flakes and grease to build up again

The crown was my main problem. Under normal light it looked fine but the second I stood under a bright light you could see straight through it. I started with the AlphaVance device once a week and added the DHT capsules, the effect it gave is amazing.

i wear black shirts for work and the dandruff on my shoulders was impossible to ignore.
brushing it off helped for a few minutes, then the itch started and more flakes appeared.
i kept the spray beside my comb and used it on the scalp after washing.
the itching felt calmer during the first week and my roots stopped looking greasy so early.
by the second week my shoulders were staying clean through most of the workday.
i still use it regularly because my scalp gets worse when i neglect the routine.
simple product, but it made me feel presentable again

Not gonna lie I almost gave up during the first few weeks because I saw absolutely nothing. My problem was thinning across the entire top and a hairline that kept moving back. I was using the main treatment weekly and taking the DHT blocker every morning with food. I kept reading that consistency matters so I decided to finish the full supply before judging it. Around week seven I noticed less hair on my hands after washing. Month three is when the visual difference started showing. My hair looked denser and was easier to style without exposing the thin areas. The two products together felt much stronger than when I was only doing the weekly treatment.

between training most mornings and wearing a cap, my scalp used to feel sweaty, oily and irritated by the afternoon. daily shampooing was not fixing it and I still had flakes around the hairline. i started using the spray as part of my post shower routine and focused it directly on the scalp. It helped me to fix my issue really quick.

i use hair clay most weekdays and the roots used to feel waxy, itchy and dirty even after washing. changing shampoos never broke the cycle. i added this spray without changing everything else and focused it around the hairline and crown. the scalp discomfort settled down, loose flakes became rare and my hair stopped looking dull and overloaded. i still wash styling product out properly, but now the scalp feels fresh instead of coated. this did not magically remove the need for good washing, it simply made the leave on part of my routine much more effective

wearing a helmet for long shifts made my scalp unbelievably itchy. i started using the spray after my morning shower

i stopped wearing black because dandruff showed on it within an hour. This works for me.

ive always been able to grow a beard but it stays patchy and wispy, you can see right through it. tried oils, dermaroller, biotin, the hairs were always there but never thickened up. saw Alphavance and figured why not. month 2 i could see the hairs actually getting thicker, month 4 my beard is dense and full for the first time, no more seeing my skin through it

Used to keep my beard buzzed short cause when I tried to grow it out the patches were too obvious, it just looked bad. Figured thats how it was gonna be for me. Been using Alphavance a few months now and its filled in enough that i can actually let it grow. look in the mirror now and im honestly amazed, i actually like how i look. never thought id say that about my beard.

Just got it. What I can say so far is that the product arrived relatively quickly (around 5 days), and tracking shows that it was shipped from Ohio, US. Nothing specific that I can share since im just starting but will keep you guys posted. I will do before and after pics and be the perverbial guinea pig here. I’m reading that micro needling is VERY good for growing hair so lets see.

only 2 weeks in but im hyped to keep going and see where this gets to. hopeful so far

If ur insecure about ur beard or lack of one just try for a couple of months at least. The results speak for themselves.

2 months in, results have been solid. It's a bit pricey but worth it honestly. I still need a bit more time to fully cover all gaps.

id basically accepted that my beard was never gonna connect. it stayed the same patchy mess forever no matter what i tried. saw this on instagram, read the reviews, figured why not give it one more shot. first thing i noticed, the patches looked less harsh after like 2 weeks, no idea why but the texture changed. around month 2 i started seeing actual new hairs filling in where my cheeks were completely bare before. fast forward a few months and i actually have a beard now lol. never thought id be saying that. feels good not having to keep it shaved short to hide the gaps anymore

Honestly been a pleasant surprise. My face feels less itchy and I can see some fill in starting. Not a miracle but it does seem to work if you stay consistent. I'll keep going and see how far it goes

8 months in, worth every penny tbh. hope my results give hope to others trying to stay consistent through the patchy phase

Leaving this review so I can get my 30% discount but if I show my results I get 70% off. So here it is, I'll tell you only straight facts from my experience: Ordered product around November last year, the shipping was quick, had no problems with that, once I received the product, I read the instructions on how to use it and was pretty straightforward. It's definitely not 1 minute application as they say, more like 3-4 minutes, but I was applying it on my whole head so it might be that if your problem area is smaller, the application is quicker. The process itself is not painful and surprisingly leaves no scars/redness. The first two weeks I was applying it but had no visible results, however what I noticed is that my shedding stopped. By around week 5 I started to see the first results, baby hair growing on my scalp, that motivated me to stay consistent and never skip a treatmnet. Fast forward to month six and I have my hair back which Im extremely grateful for. It is a litle pricey though but what I like the most is their maintenance kits where if you achieve your desired results, you switch to that and it helps u maintain the results. The essence behind it is that you keep the DHT levels under control by applying product only once per month. Its 10 bucks so thats a good thing. Fun fact: once I saw the rresults on my scalp I started applying the product on my beard as well (yeah Im a weirdo). Didn't ask them if its possible or not, just took and applied it. And it actually worked haha. Very satisfied. Hope you appreciated my honest review.
